Privacy and terms
1. Two different situations
You visit zaveli.ai or call our demo line. Lemus Digital decides how that data is used, as described in sections 2 and 3.
You are a customer of a dealership that uses Zaveli BDC. That dealership decides how your data is used, and its own privacy policy applies. Lemus Digital processes the data only to provide the service to the dealership, as described in section 4.
2. The website
We measure visits with Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, general location, device, and a few actions (for example, tapping the call button or viewing prices). IP addresses are anonymized, advertising signals are off, and nothing is measured if your browser sends "Do Not Track". Your language choice is saved in your browser.
3. The demo line
When you call the demo number, you speak with Lía, an AI assistant, not a person. She introduces herself by name and lets you know that the call may be recorded. If you ask whether she is an AI, she tells you right away; she never claims to be a person. The dealership in the demo (Autos del Sol) is fictitious: its prices, inventory and appointments are not real offers.
We keep your phone number, the recording and the transcript so Lía can remember the conversation if you call again, and so we can improve the service. They are deleted according to the periods in our retention policy (section 6), or earlier if you ask.
4. What Zaveli BDC does for a dealership
For each dealership, Lía handles the data of its leads and customers: name, phone, email, messages, call recordings and transcripts, appointments, and the vehicle of interest. We use it only to answer, follow up and schedule on behalf of that dealership. We do not sell it, and we do not share one dealership's data with another.
- Lía never pretends to be a person: if asked, she says right away that she is an AI assistant. Calls announce that they may be recorded.
- STOP, do-not-contact and legal calling hours are enforced by the system, not left to the AI.
- We keep a record of each lead's consent evidence (where the lead came from, and whether the person contacted the dealership first).
- Each dealership's data is kept separate from the others.
5. Service providers
To run the service we use specialized providers, each under its own terms of service and data processing terms:
- Artificial intelligence (writing the replies)
- Telephony, text messaging and call recording
- Cloud servers and encrypted backups
- CRM, when the dealership uses one
- Website hosting and analytics
- Messaging for internal alerts to the team
We do not sell data to any of them. A dealership that hires the service receives the full list of providers in its data agreement.
6. How long we keep data

7. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), daily encrypted backups stored in two places, and server access by key only. Access is limited to the functions and data authorized to provide the service: depending on the integration, Lía can record appointments and notes in the dealership's CRM. Zaveli BDC makes no credit decisions. We will describe our controls to any dealership that asks.
8. What you can ask for
A copy of your data, its correction or its deletion. Deletion is done within 30 days; we keep only the proof of your consent and your opt-out, so we never contact you again. If you are a dealership's customer, you can ask the dealership or write to us and we will forward it. Text STOP to any of our messages to stop them.

9. Terms of use
The website and the demo line are informational: nothing said by Lía in the demo is an offer or a commitment. The Zaveli BDC service for a dealership is governed by the agreement signed with it. Prices on this site are in USD, before taxes, and may change for new customers. The service is provided from Florida, USA, and Florida law applies.

1. Dos situaciones distintas
Visitas zaveli.ai o llamas a nuestra línea demo. Lemus Digital decide cómo se usan esos datos, como explican las secciones 2 y 3.
Eres cliente de un dealer que usa Zaveli BDC. Ese dealer decide cómo se usan tus datos, y aplica su propia política de privacidad. Lemus Digital solo los procesa para darle el servicio al dealer, como explica la sección 4.
2. El sitio
Medimos las visitas con Google Analytics 4: páginas vistas, ubicación general, dispositivo y algunas acciones (por ejemplo, tocar el botón de llamar o ver los precios). La IP se anonimiza, las señales de publicidad están apagadas, y no se mide nada si tu navegador envía «No rastrear». Tu elección de idioma se guarda en tu navegador.
3. La línea demo
Cuando llamas al número demo hablas con Lía, una asistente de inteligencia artificial, no una persona. Se presenta con su nombre y te avisa que la llamada puede grabarse. Si le preguntas si es una IA, te lo dice al instante; nunca dice ser una persona. El dealer del demo (Autos del Sol) es ficticio: sus precios, inventario y citas no son ofertas reales.
Guardamos tu número, la grabación y la transcripción para que Lía recuerde la conversación si vuelves a llamar y para mejorar el servicio. Se borran según los plazos de nuestra política de retención (sección 6), o antes si lo pides.
4. Qué hace Zaveli BDC para un dealer
Para cada dealer, Lía maneja los datos de sus leads y clientes: nombre, teléfono, correo, mensajes, grabaciones y transcripciones de llamadas, citas y el vehículo de interés. Los usamos solo para contestar, dar seguimiento y agendar en nombre de ese dealer. No los vendemos ni compartimos los datos de un dealer con otro.
- Lía nunca se hace pasar por una persona: si le preguntan, dice al instante que es una asistente de IA. Las llamadas avisan que pueden grabarse.
- STOP, no contactar y el horario permitido los aplica el sistema, no se dejan a la IA.
- Guardamos la evidencia de consentimiento de cada lead: de dónde vino y si la persona escribió o llamó primero.
- Los datos de cada dealer están separados de los demás.
5. Proveedores
Para operar el servicio usamos proveedores especializados, cada uno sujeto a sus condiciones de servicio y de tratamiento de datos:
- Inteligencia artificial (redactar las respuestas)
- Telefonía, mensajes de texto y grabación de llamadas
- Servidores en la nube y copias de respaldo cifradas
- CRM, cuando el dealer usa uno
- Hosting y analítica del sitio
- Mensajería para avisos internos al equipo
No le vendemos datos a ninguno. El dealer que contrata el servicio recibe la lista completa de proveedores en su acuerdo de datos.
6. Cuánto tiempo guardamos los datos

7. Seguridad
Conexiones cifradas (HTTPS), respaldos diarios cifrados en dos lugares y acceso a los servidores solo con llave. El acceso se limita a las funciones y datos autorizados para prestar el servicio: según la integración, Lía puede registrar citas y notas en el CRM del dealer. Zaveli BDC no toma decisiones de crédito. Le explicamos nuestros controles a cualquier dealer que lo pida.
8. Qué puedes pedirnos
Una copia de tus datos, su corrección o su borrado. El borrado se hace en 30 días; solo guardamos la prueba de tu consentimiento y tu baja, para no volver a contactarte. Si eres cliente de un dealer, puedes pedírselo al dealer o escribirnos y se lo hacemos llegar. Responde STOP a cualquiera de nuestros mensajes para no recibir más.

9. Términos de uso
El sitio y la línea demo son informativos: nada de lo que diga Lía en el demo es una oferta ni un compromiso. El servicio de Zaveli BDC para un dealer se rige por el contrato que se firma con él. Los precios del sitio están en USD, antes de impuestos, y pueden cambiar para clientes nuevos. El servicio se presta desde Florida, EE. UU., y aplica la ley de Florida.
